Donna was one of the worst of the unjust judges.

They are making "pushing the flesh" more of a sin than the fact that they are NOT exercising the scriptures they are supposed to.

Another thing they like to do is make new laws that they consider sin. I.e., It was said in a round about way in a sermon that not letting any other member just show up at your house without notice is a sin. It was a sermon about "men of God" and was said that anybody who doesn't let people do that to them is NOT a man of God. So, in order to not be a man of must mean that I must be in sin. Well, in order for there to be sin there must be a law broken. In a way, they must be considering that I was in sin for breaking the law of not letting people show up without prior notice. Just for clarification, I was on some really heavy pain meds and with the pain a lot of time I didn't want to deal with anybody, but that didn't matter to them. I was in sin, because they made a law. This was addressed to TC in front of the preacher who did it and nothing was said about it and the preacher was still preaching.

Donna B. I never heard any judgements that came from you at all. Did you ever have a voice at May meetings? You admitted and confessed your sins. Many many leaders in Merie’s cult need to acknowledge their wrongs. Hmm did Merie confess her sins and all the lives and families she negatively affected by her off judgements?

I'm sure Donna has a good answer, but before she responds, Matthew Henry had a good commentary on it, and his commentary, since it was written over 400 years ago, is a lot better than most of those today, where people are influenced by television, drugs, and porn. They rarely realize how their intellect is perverted, and many of the leaders in Stanton believe they are God's anointed on earth, out of 7.5 billion humans. A very pleasing and flattering thought, particularly to the ego, but pride goes before the fall.

Henry's commentary on Proverbs 26:2 is as follows:
Verse 2 Here is, 1. The folly of passion. It makes men scatter causeless curses, wishing ill to others upon presumption that they are bad and have done ill, when either they mistake the person or misunderstand the fact, or they call evil good and good evil. Give honour to a fool, and he thunders out his anathemas against all that he is disgusted with, right or wrong. Great men, when wicked, think they have a privilege to keep those about them in awe, by cursing them, and swearing at them, which yet is an expression of the most impotent malice and shows their weakness as much as their wickedness. The safety of innocency. He that is cursed without cause, whether by furious imprecations or solemn anathemas, the curse shall do him no more harm than the bird that flies over his head, than Goliath’s curses did to David, 1 Sa. 17:43 . It will fly away like the sparrow or the wild dove, which go nobody knows where, till they return to their proper place, as the curse will at length return upon the head of him that uttered it.

However, Donna does not appear to be spreading any false information about Stanton, and so it's hard to see how this applies to her.

Stanton is notorious at assiduously noting the curses that come to those who don't agree with them, while ignoring the curses that come upon them, like the curse of a lack of growth that has lasted decades. And, Stanton is notorious for spreading false information about people, and refusing to consider they are wrong. That said, plenty of people have returned the favor to Stanton. One person on here speculated Gary Preman has homosexual inclinations, which is completely unsupported by facts. But, credible witnesses assured me (2 from 2 different churches) that I had been falsely accused of spreading homosexuality and saying there was nothing wrong with it. So, Stanton reaps what they sow, though anyone who spreads false information about anyone is going to be sorry for it, as God takes bearing false witness seriously.

Androgynous is no where in the Bible, and God condemns sin, not the mannerisms and idiosyncrasies humans manifest. This is a huge problem in Stanton and in psychiatry. Both try to diagnose problems where none exist according to God's word. Stanton constantly will say people have lost their mind, and has been proven wrong time and again. They are also huge on pointing out effeminate mannerisms, and saying this is a result of uncleanness. Well, every man in there has been unclean, with few exceptions, so why don't they all have effeminate mannerisms? Of course, God's consequences are from him alone, and he said he forgives all sins if we confess and repent. But, man is unwilling to forgive, and feels he has to hold consequences against others, while he feels his own consequences should be ignored.

As humans, we are responsible for our choices, not mannerisms we unconsciously develop. Hollyweird is really good at taking corrupt people and giving them mannerisms that imitate the virtuous. But, God looks not on the outward appearance, but on the heart. When the Bible attacks effeminacy, it is attacking homosexuality, and men taking on female roles. Stanton also doesn't understand being sensitive. Jesus wept, but have you ever seen GP or TC weep? I sure haven't. There are many other men in there who haven't wept a public tear in their life. When did Jesus weep? At the death and suffering of others. And there is plenty of occasion for this in Stanton. Yet, the male leaders of Stanton will attack other men, who do weep at the afflictions of others as effeminate, and 'androgynous' as the commenter above homes in on.

Further, perhaps the commenter could specify what behaviors he is talking about. Exactly what are male and female traits? The male and female brain and body are definitely different and aren't the same at all, however, there are men who have high pitched voices, and women with deep voices, and it's not because of any sin. There are men who are slim, and not muscular, and it's not because of a sin. There are men who have defects such as limps, lazy eyes, birth marks, baldness, club foot and others, and it's not because of any sin.

Elisha was mocked for his bald head, and that didn't end up too well for the children who did it.

Christians are to judge fruits, not to read into societal definitions of gender roles in a society that is off the rails.

Interesting, Craig. I noticed that for the longest. In remembering when I got a call about 2 months after my withdrawal from TC, and, overwhelmed with emotion at how I'd been cut off from my family and the church, yours truly started crying. Well, that apparently was too much for him. My withdrawal turned into an excommunication, and it's now going on 11 years later. Note to self, do not cry when describing your pain at being unjustly withdrawn from to the evangelist. It may appear to be effeminacy, which smacks of homosexuality to them. Instead, pretend like you are Spock, and an automaton, and that you absolutely are delighted with the oppression and can't get enough of it. Act as if you are experiencing raptures of ecstasy at the unjust withdrawal, and smile constantly, to show the church that the sheer joy of the injustice is overflowing your bountiful soul. Otherwise, I'm sure we have all heard the drums of doom from Stanton. You know, when they start whispering, 'So and so is not happy'. Once they've got it into their minds that you are not happy, that tells them their punishment is absolutely right. Kind of like the Salem Witch trials. They stuck a poor old woman in the middle of a deep river, and if she floated, that meant she was a witch, and if she didn't float and sank like an anchor and drowned, then that meant she was innocent. Well, the poor soul didn't have any opportunity to enjoy her innocent verdict, as she had already departed for Glory. Same with Stanton, they'll put an unscriptural withdrawal on you, and if you are actually human, and not a psychopath, and show human misery and sorrow at being rudely separated from your friends and loved ones, they interpret this as you are not happy, and a sinner, and that your punishment is just. To them, that's proof you are floating, and a definite witch. Never mind that they use solitary confinement in prison to punish people, and it's a torture technique used as psychological terrorism by communist dictators. In Stanton's book, if your withdrawal is wrong, then you ought to be singing happily and cheerily, and looking as if you just learned you won the lottery. You ought to be full of bliss and laughter, and should exhibit no downheartedness at all. Yes, indeed, it makes perfect sense, wouldn't you agree Craig? Were you like me, and just jumping for joy at the rebukings and separation from your family for no logical reason at all, my friend? Weren't you just overflowing with gaiety and joie de vivre at being told 1,000 times how proud you were and how you needed to receive instruction? It seemed my 'receiving instruction' mechanism was a little broken. It possibly broke when I was told to 'put things on the shelf I didn't understand', and once, after another instance of putting it on the shelf, it simply collapsed from the weight of all the other things that had been stored up there.

But yes, we must be Stoic's and not show emotion, for as one evangelist put it, only our pillow should know about our tears. I'm sure Stanton has created quite a few soggy pillows. So, Hoorah for repressing our emotions. Jesus wept, and many other prophets grieved, but in Stanton, we are so righteous, we don't even do that.

When you as the preacher or teacher is just stoic delivering a sermon I am sorry but I would go to sleep. I like personally a personal story mixed in with the sermon. Heaven forbid you would ever hear someone say Amen during your sermons. Or Hallelujahs!

Concerned, that is partially true. He came less than a year after my withdrawal, and the only reason he gave why my withdrawal was correct was that I needed to be quiet and listen. That may work with a 10 year old, but not a grown man. God never expected any Christian to follow another simply because they say be quiet and listen. You'll never find that example set by any Godly leader in the entire Bible. They always gave reasons, and that is what Stanton and TC failed to do. They couldn't refute the statement I made, that was completely biblical, 'Sin when repented of, can be rapidly and completely healed', which I stated understanding that the time to repent varies. But they didn't care to understand what I said, they wanted me silenced, and fast. When TC visited, I'd been coming to all meetings for a year, without interrupting anything. Matter of fact, the first time I spoke out publicly against my withdrawal, was August 1st, 2012, when they excommunicated me, and I slammed my fist on my Bible and exclaimed, "I told you when I was withdrawn from in 2008". Interruption, MG saying "Montesquieu you need to be quiet". "I will not" says I, "I've been silent and listened to you for 4 years and now it's my turn to talk". "You were told,", continues I, "When I was withdrawn from that you wouldn't grow, until you changed your doctrine. You still haven't, and you haven't lifted my unscriptural withdrawal, and you still haven't grown". With that, I left. So TC's judgement was based on groupthink and a haphazard gathering of the facts, I am sorry to say, because it was based on listening to his talks in the South that a strong desire to get baptized in Stanton first came over me. To this day I enjoy listening to the talks of nearly everyone in Stanton, yet I mourn at their stubbornness, and the consequences they have to bear for being rebellious and bullheaded. They aren't hurting me. I make choices and have to bear the consequences. They are hurting themselves, and until they repent, they will never get results. Imagine the amount of pride you have to have to go decades without growth and to think you are the only 1,000 people on the face of this earth, out of 7 billion, that are going to heaven. It's a whole lot of pride. Simultaneously, they write off all 7 billion other humans on this earth who aren't members of their church. Jaw dropping arrogance.

Thank you for your concern and questions, Concerned. On September 21st, 2008, in the Sunday Evening Bible Class, I was formally withdrawn from at the end of it. I had been threatened multiple times in private that I would be withdrawn from if I didn't silence myself, and I simply was not going to be quiet. As mentioned before, there had been four issues brought to the issue of the Preacher. His response was to suspect some sort of coup was going on, and to try and silence me. That was not my intent at all. Further, another preacher had preached a lesson that said We have to bear the consequences of our sins for the rest of our lives, and having seen the church try to impose that on people, I questioned that statement afterwards, wondering what was Christ's death upon the cross, redemption, and salvation about then? Last I checked, Salvation and redemption mean freedom from sin and it's consequences. Well, the main preacher didn't agree with Webster's definition, he had a different definition, which said that sin did leave consequences that lasted a lifetime. 'Granted', said I, 'in the case of sins publicly committed against others. However, a sin committed against God alone is subject to his jurisdiction alone, and I'm not sure where man gets involved diagnosing punishments and consequences found nowhere in scripture'. Keep in mind this is Stanton, which was withdrawing from people for a defiled marriage bed, for uncleanness, and other unscriptural withdrawals for years, but still insists they are the only authorities on scriptures on earth.

So, I was withdrawn from for 'Sowing seeds of discord', and 'Walking disorderly'. Both were taken out of context. 'Sowing seeds of discord' isn't even in the New Testament, it's in the Old Testament, and we aren't under the Old Law. They said I was sowing seeds of discord because I questioned members of my church gossiping about me behind my back, saying I was effeminate. I was quite hurt when a friend of mine told me I had effeminate mannerisms, and I'd never heard this for the entire 28 years of my life. I didn't even know it was something I chose to do, and I certainly never was attracted to a man or acted in that fashion. I'm Italian, we talk with our hands, and having never video taped myself, as I'm no actor, I'm sure I have idiosyncrasies, but I didn't know idiosyncrasies were sins!!?? I also work in an office, not at construction sites. So, I'm not the most masculine man, but is that a sin? So, when I began questioning childhood friends if I was effeminate, and many said no, this was termed, 'Sowing seeds of discord'. Apparently, you are supposed to accept church gossip that you are effeminate, and not question it, even though effeminacy in the Bible is clearly aimed at homosexuality.

Obviously, Stanton never learns.

You haven't learned from them at all.

Christ ripped the Pharisees not for them upholding the moral law, for anyone who sins needs to repent.

But, he ripped them because there was no repentance in their doctrine. By taking hope away from sinners, they made sinners two fold more the child of hell than themselves.

Matt 23: Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

The place is full of snakes, who insist on taking the private confidences of the erring sinner seeking to repent, and dredging them up for decades.

Sin is it's own punishment.

Further, please explain 7:35 A.M., how Christ treated Mary Magdalene as a nasty woman. Also explain all the times that Christ brought up the sins people repented of years ago, you hypocritical whited wall. This is the psychological terrorism Stanton engages in, and has been engaging in for decades. They try to use a person's past confessions to silence and humiliate them. Just like Satan, the Accuser of the Brethren.

When I read my Bible, I read that Christ told the woman caught in adultery to 'Go and Sin no more'. But in Stanton, it doessn't matter if you go and sin no more. They will hound you for the rest of your life for your shortcomings, and think constantly reminding you of it until you are in your grave is an admirable occupation. This is why David turned to God for mercy, and not to man, for like Stanton, man is quite unmerciful and vicious.

Stanton is up to their old tricks. They believe they are God, and they will intercept the desperate pleas for mercy from sin-sick sinners who pour them up to God, and use them as weapons to control and enslave those sinners under their dominion. The entire purpose for rebuke and church discipline was chastisement makes chaste. However, in Stanton, sins are weapons to hold people down for the rest of their lives, and to exalt oneself. You see, in Stanton, you get bonus points for exposing others sins and hiding your own. You would think, if you were a leader in Stanton, and God was merciful to you for your sins, you would be forgiving to penitent sinners. You'd be wrong, as anonymous above demonstrates. They are out for blood. Apparently, I got them mad. I must have really pricked their pride, as Valjean did in Les Miserables, by forgiving them in one of my last comments. They absolutely HATE to be forgiven by those who they consider to be lost wretches. That is an insult they can't tolerate. And so they came on with their nuclear bomb. To a proud person, being forgiven by one they consider to be inferior is something they will never tolerate.

Ironically, this was the final scripture of my withdrawal 9/21/2008. As mentioned above, the only scripture Vallejo mentioned at that withdrawal was Galatians 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Stanton loves this, but they don't like the verses preceding it that much, because they certainly don't follow them very well.

"Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.

Our friend, AnonymousFebruary 23, 2019 at 7:35 AM, is an example of one of the two poles which are making the church in America a wreck today. Our friend represents the legalistic look at sin, and has no comprehension of salvation or redemption, which means freedom from sin and it's consequences. God punishes to make chaste, and does not want anyone to perish in their sins. Stanton is right, all sex outside of marriage is wicked and evil, but they are wrong in how they punish it. Like Islam, Stanton has draconian punishments that are worse than the original crimes.

But, another threat is the other 95% of the churches in America, where they know their televisions more than their Bibles, and they won't publicly rebuke and denounce sin. Our friend above is right to disagree with sin, wrong to attack the penitent. At least our friend above has a moral compass. Though he won't tell us who he/she is, or what sins they've done. The only person whose opinion of our sins that should matter is God. This was a hard lesson I learned from Stanton. I thought earning their good opinion was what mattered. It really didn't. God showed me that if you go to Stanton for help with sins, and not to him first, you'll be in worse shape. Best to go to Him, and wait until he reforms Stanton and shows them how redemption works. Love does not mean acceptance of sin, but neither does it mean remembering sins after they have been repented of.

You see, Paul recommended to forgive and comfort the sinner, so THAT SATAN WOULDN'T GET AN ADVANTAGE!! He didn't recommend dogpiling the sinner for years after their sin AFTER THEY ALREADY REPENTED!!

Stanton has been eliminating dozens with this friendly fire for decades. Yes, we are all at war with sin. However, when one person has already overcome a sin, how dare anyone else bring it back up!!?? If God has forgiven it, and put it aside, what right has any human, who is under God's command, to bring it back up?

This is Matthew 18, that Stanton has a serious problem with. They forget God forgave them, and so have a hard time forgiving others, thus negating their own forgiveness.

21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?

22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

Ad hominem is a type of propaganda that is attacking the opponents character rather than the opponents' ideas or principles. Another type of propaganda is name calling, or stereotyping, or labeling where a person is compared to something inferior like a snake, rat, or cockroach to discredit the person or group as evil to silence their objections. Glittering generalities is another method of propaganda making vague statements like "I never heard that in any of the churches". You see Ryan is the master of double standards: it is wrong in his opinion to villify him but then he turn around and villifys his percieved enemies. He is both victim and bully in one, he criticizes SCOC behavior then in the next statement uses the very same behavior himself. It is difficult to believe anything he posts as true. Propaganda presents only one side where education presents all sides and leaves the decision up to the listener as to which side is true or false. A basic study of different propaganda techniques reveals the way in which the wicked operate.

Excellent. As usual, your attacks come from the shadows, though they resemble our friend, Sun Devil, from Arizona. But hey, when you are out to ruthlessly murder the message of salvation, you'd prefer to it anonymously. Assassins work best in secrecy. Brutus and Cassius did it, and so do you. Conspirators avoid the light and full disclosure like the plague. There is little doubt influential leaders in Stanton are on here, using their information to sow mayhem and uphold their tyranny. Communist double agents did it all the time. Infiltrate the rebellion, and try to destroy it. You see, this site is the biggest threat to Stanton in it's history, and they are afraid. So, you are to be congratulated. In war, find the other sides outspoken types, and try to destroy them. This is what you are doing. But it won't work. Stanton has been in the business of destroying lives for over 4 decades. I've forgiven you, but I'm not going to permit you to engage in your usual tomfoolery. You first cut people off from the church, then when they flounder and sin, you use this to further destroy them claiming it was their choice. A very wicked and evil tactic, and my indignation at you is only heightened by the fact that there were many people who couldn't defend themselves against you and perished. You have a lot to answer for. While sin is the biggest threat to us all, yet you have to be pretty sick to use another's past sins, that they've already repented of, to try and gain control over them. As a child, I grew up watching this happen, and was terrified of it happening to me. Yet, as Job said, what we fear will happen to us. And so, this moment is kind of cathartic. It's been decades in the making. The very reason why many of the children in Stanton won't open up to their parents is because of people like you. You constantly try to murder and savage other people for their human shortcomings and when they plead for mercy, you viciously oppress them. No different from Pharaoh and the Egyptians. Your tyranny lies in keeping others in subjection by using their confessions to you in your pocket. You could care less about their souls. You care only about power and control.

Your writing resembles our friend, the Sun Devil, from Arizona. Like you, he will define topics and is big on psychiatry and propaganda defining. Of course, DS from Arizona was a private investigator, and I wouldn't put it past him to engage in something like this. He was big into practical jokes. However, cowards enjoy attacking from the shadows. Many possibilities, but the you don't want to be identified, and unlike the Sun Devil, I'll speculate, but won't draw conclusions until the evidence leads to one.

Personally, I never bring up someone's past, unless it's directly related to present unrepented of behavior. Stanton hasn't shown the slightest indication it's willing to turn from it's unscriptural teachings or withdrawals. They insist they are 100% right and any who disagree are 100% wrong. I've admitted my wrongs, which is why you think you control me. You are merely using my past confessions that I already overcame to assert your dominance. A very cruel, malicious, and spiteful practice. No righteous person in the Bible ever did it.

Who are you? You aren't my interrogator, you didn't die on the Cross for me, and you could care less about my salvation. Until you die on a cross for my sins, that's when I'll owe you confessions for sins that have nothing to do with you. Got that? Also, remember, what goes around comes around. Just like you want to reveal others private confidences, your own will be revealed, for God is a just God. You will have your own cruelty visited on your own spiteful and meddling self.

Perhaps you remember your bible classes on evil surmising. You only know what I tell you, so try to calm your lively imagination down. Despite the traitorous spy network you’ve set up, constantly telling Christian kids not to tell Stanton’s secrets to others, but constantly pumping them for information on Stanton’s opponents, the best method is to turn to God, as you are a sneering Pharisee. Go learn how the Prodigal Sons Father acted. You have a blatant example in the Bible how to act, yet you can’t follow it.

No, your church isn’t growing because of your unmercifulness and It’s dying. I was just in Suisun tonight, and exactly as I predicted 11 years ago, despite the musical chairs Stanton likes to play where people move from one church to another and they call that growth, the church is half the size it was 11 years ago, and it will get worse. Keep knocking on doors, because until God is with you, you are building in vain. You can’t even forgive the children you raised, you haven’t a prayer of forgiving real prostitutes and the wicked and restoring them to their full potential, it’s sad, because your unforgiveness destroys all the good you do. Oh, and by the way, Christ said in Mark, you self righteous Pharisee that if you don’t forgive others, your own sins aren’t forgiven you. So, every last sin you’ve done in your life is still on your head.

Try reading comprehension sometime, I never justified sin, simply said it was to be repented of. Try reading the 100 scriptures posted above that you love reading in your classes, but fail to follow.

Stanton has an abysmal retention rate of its own children. In my family of 18, there is exactly one that is in fellowship in Stanton. It’s less than 10% across the churches, but hey, to you, 1,500 people in Stanton are the only ones going to heaven out of 7.7 billion. Amazing conceit. ‘Muh Bible says so’. Really? Then why does your doctrine differ from Alexander Campbell? You seriously think you can throw out 2,000 years of people trying to follow Christ, pick up your Bible, and your doctrine will magically be the only one God accepts. No hubris there.

I don't want to hold their failings in fatherhood against them, and I think we are all responsible for our own actions, however, there was a huge problem with children being able to open up to their parents and tell them what was really going on, because the children were terrified the parents would punish them for an eternity and tell the whole church about them, and we are talking common children's misbehavior. JW had an excellent point where he said if a child is not shown love and that they are valued, they will turn to themselves, and uncleanness. Which is why virtually every last boy in Stanton turned to that. Probably still do, since the teaching hasn't changed much. If you want to get rid of uncleanness, show a child they matter, keep them busy, and encourage them to tell you about their problems. Discipline, but don't do it out of anger. If you get angry at a child, you'll break their will, and they will resent you, and turn away from you. That will turn them to themselves. Asking forgiveness for getting angry is crucial. Showing a child we make mistakes and that we are sorry for it, and we move on, is absolutely huge.

I mentioned it on another comment, M Long, but the actions of a few leaders mess up a really good church. I attended yesterday, and when I sat down, a song was in session. So a brother who I've known for 30 years, took his songbook and gave it to me. I thanked him, and started singing. Then I looked over and noticed he didn't have a song book. I tried to give it back to him, but he wouldn't take it. With gestures like that, I can't give up. This is why I strongly object to calling the whole organization a cult. They have some very good and loving people, and even the leaders are simply misguided. We have experienced the pain from their actions, but really, they don't see the spite and malice they have, and think it's simply love.

Also, it was pretty interesting that this brother had gotten withdrawn from in the past. Thus proving, those who are forgiven much, love much.

It's common sense, not pride. Those who know the past, know the present, and future. Stanton refuses to learn the past, and then calls me proud for learning it's lessons and applying it to today. When you reject God's plan for forgiveness and mercy, you'll get the same treatment from God that the Pharisees and Jews got. The Temple was utterly destroyed, along with Jerusalem by the Roman emperor Titus in 70 A.D. Stanton is headed down the same road, though they aren't doing an armed revolt. But, God is destroying them by frustrating their personal work, and driving their children away.

And, it's fitting you put God in lower case, because Stanton thinks they are God, and they trample his commands on how to treat sinners under foot. And so God tramples them underfoot. He didn't send his Son down to die on a Cross so Stanton could take the sacrifice for sins and create their own human doctrines about who it does and does not apply to. He really doesn't appreciate your interfering in the plan of salvation. He's in the business of saving souls, not in destroying them, as Stanton has made a habit of doing, unless there is absolute submission to the teachers. As long as you don't question teachers, you are perfectly fine with any sin you do. But, if you happen to differ with the teacher, you could be Jesus Christ himself, and it wouldn't matter, you are toast.

Yes, the moments of grace mean a lot, especially when one is under duress. You are right that Merie and Stanton don't always live up to their words, but in demonstrating that they don't, one effectively calls out their injustice. When a person states their beliefs and acts contrary to it, there is no better illustration of why their beliefs are not biblical, particularly when they are recalcitrant and bullheaded and refuse to change, not indicating any sorrow over their injustice at all.

Time will tell if they go above and beyond. I've made overtures to speak to them, and they won't respond. So, the ball is in their court. It's been 11 years, and God will decide what will happen further. Their track record is to ruthlessly rid themselves of those they disagree with. But, their growth has abysmally stagnated as well. If they put it together, they will realize they are simply stirring up God's wrath against themselves. As for me, I bear the consequences for my own sins against God, but I'm not deceived, and understand what I'm being punished for. I am not being punished by God for disagreeing with Stanton's unscriptural teachings.

I'm not much of a singer either, Craig, but if God gave me my voice, and I raise it to please him, that is all I can do. Meanwhile, plenty of professional singers defy God publicly with their behavior, and sound wonderful. Pretty sure God doesn't accept that.

That said, singing songs with the church commemorating moments of public sadness or joy, united, is quite a joyful and harmonious experience. Many of the Songs of the Church are hardwired on my mind, and will be there until I die. Like song #12, Amazing Grace. Song #649 'Battle Hymn of the Republic. Song #3 'A mighty Fortress'. Song #?, 'Beulah Land'. Song #? 'Standing on the Promises'. Song #?, 'The Lord's my Shepherd'.

Though I disagree with Stanton somewhat, the songs I sang together with them, since I was a child, will always have a tender place in my heart. The memory of them gives a peace and comfort that cannot be explained, and that lasts long after the last chords of them have dimmed in the long ago meeting places where they once were sung.

I'm persuaded that, 'Farther Along' we'll know all about God's design in allowing this to happen with Stanton. For he allows everything to happen for a reason, and 'to everything there is a season, a time to every purpose under heaven'.

Kevin mentioned this is like what goes on in Scientology, which someone mentioned earlier. They use past 'confessions' to blackmail people and to keep them in the group. Very devious, sneaky, manipulative, and flat out deceitful. People come to them because they trust them and want help, only to find out they use these confessions to control people. Sins are used by the Stanton Puppetmaster teachers to make the puppets dance to the tune of the teachers. If you dance incorrectly, your sins will be used as the strings to put you in line, either to follow their directions, or to get the heck out of there.

This person above comes on, takes a confession I made to 4 people on earth, including 3 in Stanton 7 years ago, and uses it to try and vilify me and silence me. Not going to work. Seen this happen hundreds of times over the years. There comes a day when slaves refuse to take it anymore, and revolt. Probably one of the best animated movies of all time was 'Prince of Egypt' detailing Moses leading the Jews out of Egypt. And there was a great song, called 'Deliver Us', about how the Jews were oppressed and called out to God for deliverance. Honestly, nothing oppresses any of us more than our sins, which makes it a horrible sin when any human tries to use the oppression of another human by their own sins against them, when the other human overcame them already.

And, Craig, I know some pretty interesting tidbits about quite a few people in Stanton, including some current preachers. But, I do to them what God tells all Christians to do. He says he forgets their sins and forgives, and so I do too. Some of the things I could say would end marriages and churches, likely enough. But, I'll take it with me to my grave. It's not noble to be telling others business all over the place, a habit Stanton has been engaging in for over 40 years, regularly.

Consider, when I have a friend I really like, and they do something wrong, do I go and tell it all over creation when they are sorry for it, and confess it? I certainly do not, and no, I'm not talking about child molestation, murder, or other major crimes. Of course, Phinehas responded to sin with an attack on the sinner. However, he was responding to blatant, unrepentant sin, not a sinner who is sorry and desires to change. In the Old Law, if you got caught in sin, like Achan, an example the church loves to use, you were killed, as he was stoned to death. In the New Law, we have Christ who died for us, and is a propitiation for our sins. Key difference Stanton does not understand.

Also, it's really not healthy to be busy gossiping about others secret sins, as it's a form of pride. Stanton thinks they are better than others, and constant reminders about the bad habits of those they view as inferior to them keep them going. I'd agree with broadcasting a sin if it's a public sin and the person is caught red handed in it. The fornicator in Corinthians was caught in a public sin that he was boasting about and the whole church knew about. But, Stanton does it for the sin someone confesses about and is ashamed of.

I have no animosity towards those who have caused harm. I am greatly saddened and don't trust those who have caused so much damage and are still leaders in the church. I've said before, how can anybody live their Christianity in any congregation that treats anybody like this? How can anybody meet their brethren at each function happily knowing exactly how they feel towards you? There is just sorrow and a great disconnect. How is anybody expected to live their Christianity like that?

True, Craig. This was the first person from Stanton that had the guts to come on here and identify themselves. Of course, they imitate the leaders, and immediately go for a kill shot by trying to dig up the darkest, dirtiest deed they can find on the outspoken types on here, and ignore every last idea. Stanton is really good at ignoring doctrine and the meaning of scriptures, but when it comes to others sins, they perk up remarkably and have absolutely fantastic listening skills. If you want to get Stanton's interest, simply advertise that you know about a sin that someone who disagrees with Stanton did. They'll show up like a dog does for pot roast. And they aren't there to help with the sins, oh no. They want to know because they realize the more you know about others sins the more power you have. The power was designed by God to help and heal the sinner, but we all know how successful Stanton has been with that. The 10% retention rate among their kids tells the story.

That said, Anonymous has to be commended. Even though they are not brave enough to tell their name, and who can blame them, Stanton would behead them if they did, they at least are the first person since this site started since 2013 to ever come on here and identify themselves as being with Stanton. There may have been others with Stanton, but none of them had the guts to identify themselves. This person actually has to be commended. First of all, all of Stanton has been warned not to go on this site. This person violated orders. And then, this person had enough courage to actually comment and align themselves with Stanton on a site that no one had done that in 7 years. My hat is off to you, anonymous. I respect courage. However, this website actually obeys the Bible far better than Stanton, and forces them to live up to their scripture that they read every Sunday before they solemnly take the Lord's Supper. And I quote, "If you confess your sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness". Stanton feels they are the confessors, like the Pope and the Catholic church, and if you don't confess to them, your confessions aren't valid. The very thing that initiated the Protestant Reformation with Martin Luther Nailing his 95 Theses to the church door at Wittenberg on October 31st, 1517, over 500 years ago. But, this is what happens when you throw out 2,000 years of church history, and decide that your interpretation of the Bible is the only one that matters. You go ahead and repeat the errors of those who preceded you. Pride goes before the fall, and Stanton is falling big time. Pride is thinking one knows, when they don't. Stanton's leaders have a big issue with that, but they will holler and shout about how proud you are if you disagree with them. No, they often project.

Ironically, it was amusing to watch the men yesterday passing the mike around when people had prayer requests and when they had confessions. When I was withdrawn from in 2008, I slammed Stanton for only passing the mike around on confessions, not on prayers. So confessions were very important, but prayer requests, not so much. LOL. Stanton has been doing a wonderful job of infiltrating this website for the past five years, and it's now very evident. You actually were successful for quite some time. You had most convinced you weren't with Stanton, but you were from this site and disagreed with me. Well, your game is over. We all know that the only ones who want to silence those of us calling out Stanton, is Stanton themselves.

I don't know where you get the idea you need people to follow you for your ideas to be true. That's a logical fallacy known as the appeal to popular, where something has to be popular to be true. It seemed funny when I heard so many teachers getting up at the May Trip and repeatedly saying 'We', as if their whole church agreed on a matter. Does anyone doubt that if anyone disagreed with the teacher, there would have been a pretty price to pay? So, when they say 'We, in Athens, GA, thought this way', it seems like it's code for 'I think this way, and my congregation knows better than to contradict me, and so here is my conclusion'. That seems more in keeping with facts. Not picking on Athens, GA, this happens with nearly every church. It doesn't really matter what the members think, because if it disagrees with the teacher, you are wise to put a sock in it, and stifle your dissent. When people aren't free to speak, tyranny happens. When corrupt people speak without discipline, anarchy reigns.

Another straw man argument. Never attacked women. Attacked societies destroying God's design for man and women.

'Negativity'. Modern women use this word to describe ideas and facts they don't like. Again, facts don't care about your feelings. Rather than try and change facts and reality, try to change your attitude towards them. It's pride that tries to create alternate realities, and refuses to acknowledge objective truth, and that is your issue. You didn't disagree with a single fact I posted, complain about how long it is, when the truth is always pretty thorough and extensive, then lazily and impudently dismiss it all.

The problem with Stanton's leaders is the same with King Uzziah. He was a powerful King, and it went to his head. This is the problem with TC, KS, and GP too. When Uzziah was corrected on a matter, he became enraged, attacked those telling him the truth and got leprosy. Interesting parallels. Uzziah wanted to burn incense in the temple, an act only allowed for the priests. Stanton wants to alone be responsible for people's salvation, neglecting God. Uzziah got leprosy, and Stanton has spiritual leprosy, as no one will join them.

This is a common Stanton theme, to encourage groupthink. It's code for uniformity, and obey your teachers. Ummm, Stanton, that's not true, your own membership is reading it, and when you sow the wind, Stanton, you will reap the whirlwind. Keep telling your members not to read this website. You are lucky, Dear Stanton, that America is historically illiterate, because anyone who knows history halfway decently would automatically have all red flags come up when a leader tells every single member of an organization not to read criticism of that leader. Ummm, has anyone read 1984, Animal Farm, Brave New World, or Fahrenheit 451? What Orwell, Huxley, and Bradbury were saying is when the leaders control the information, you are their slaves. I'm pretty sure Stanton is not full of slaves, and I'm pretty sure that God is sick and tired of the leaders hijacking the narrative to continue their power hungry tyranny.

Also, truth is more important than unity. STanton always says they are telling the truth, and they are. They are telling TC's, KS's, and GP's truth, but they aren't telling the truth of the New Testament, which showed Christ heal many of severe spiritual and physical illnesses, and promised those who believed would be able to be healed, and that his Word could heal just as much, if not more than him. Stanton stubbornly rejects this. It doesn't seem fair to them that all their good works don't get them the upper seats, and so they are in a constant war to get respect, admiration, and applause, and strive to suppress and destroy any sinner who threatens their power. Even though Heaven rejoices more over one repentant sinner, rather than over 99 righteous, Stanton doesn't. No Sirreee!!

They are not all bad though. They are not even moreso bad, but the 5% bad they have, outweighs the 95% good they have. They do have some very good parts. For instance, Stanton is integrated, and all the silly race movements, and race segregated churches in America, aren't present in Stanton. What a blessed relief that is in a nation that is full of racism. Our friend from Arizona is a big racist, and speaks highly of the morally bankrupt and Marxist NAACP, but can't say nice things about Stanton. He's also a big liar, and you'll often find racism and lying are characteristics present in the same people.

We are in a culture that celebrates abortion, porn, and homosexuality, and while Stanton has nothing to say in public, they are bothering about how many times to break the unleavened bread. It boggles the mind. No wonder why they can't add anyone. Who in the world gives two hoots about how many times the unleavened bread is broken, when nearly half the kids in America are born in homes without a married father? Does anyone think those fatherless kids give a care about how many times GP's precious unleavened bread gets broken?
